FAQ
Fast = [min] 18 days ~ 33 days [max] = Slow / Delayed
1.Arranging Order List = 1 day [max]
Once all buyers had settled their payment. will start arrange all buyer's order into 1 long list.
[If there is people who make last minute order, might have to take 1 day to finish]
2. Waiting for Invoice [min] 1 ~ 3 days [max]
After submit the order list to them, will wait them to send an invoice to us.
[They usually reply us 1 ~ 3 days,it depend how many orders they received from others distributor/wholesaler.]
3. Wait them approve for the payment.[min] 1 ~ 3 days [max]
After received invoice will use telegraph transfer to them.[in USD not RM,have to calculate with currency rates]
- Make a copy for transaction proof for them and our self.
- like usual that they receiving the e-mails
4. Producing and packaging [min] 1 ~ 5 days [max]
- They will produce large quantity for each type of lens for storing, but when stock finished... they'll reproducing it
- packaging usually 1~2 days
5. Shipping from KOREA to MALAYSIA [min] 14 ~ 18 days [max]
6. Once it reach MALAYSIA will process local delivery to my area.[min]1 day ~ 3 days[max]
